What's the role?  

We’re building something special in Chennai, and we need a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help supercharge our marketing engine! As part of our thriving Revenue Operations team, you’ll be the go-to person for optimising marketing tools, processes, and strategies – ensuring we turn leads into deals seamlessly

This is a hybrid role, and you’ll be working on CET hours – collaborating with a talented global team! 🌍

What You'll Be Doing 

  • HubSpot Hero: Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our marketing automation platform and CRM, ensuring our campaigns drive high-quality leads and revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker – Analyse key metrics, create attribution reports, and support leadership with business insights for strategy, forecasting, and KPI management.
  • End-to-End Lead Management – Align marketing, sales, and partnerships to optimise lead scoring and ensure high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) flow smoothly to sales.
  • Marketing Strategy Powerhouse – Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) models and customer segmentation to enhance acquisition, retention, and cross-selling efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator – Work closely with sales, performance, growth, and content teams to ensure flawless execution of global campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Tech & Process Optimiser – Continuously evaluate, improve, and scale marketing processes, data governance, and the overall tech stack for maximum efficiency.
  • Trainer & Advocate – Document processes and train teams on best practices for data standards, workflows, and governance.

What we need from you:

  • 1-3 Years Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up, B2B SaaS company
  • HubSpot expert: Strong understanding of email automation, workflow automation, system integrations, full-funnel reporting, and data hygiene
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with BI tools like Looker to generate insights and make data-backed decisions
  • Loves solving complex challenges: You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy optimising processes 
  • Project management pro - Experience with Asana or similar tools to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Solid grasp of attribution modeling and reporting - You know how to measure success and fine-tune strategies based on performance
