CloudSecure UI Intern (Summer 2025)

Location: Hybrid, Sunnyvale, California (2 days in office: Tuesday and Thursday)

This is a 12 week internship program beginning on May 27th 2025 or June 23rd 2025. This internship is based in Sunnyvale, California, and will require a hybrid work schedule. Please note that we are unable to provide relocation assistance at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be a part of designing and building critical UI features that continue to evolve our Zero Trust Security products.   

• Help develop and implement a consistent design language across various resource views, including individual records, resource-group tables, and resource graphs.

• Assist in implementing advanced features such as JSON preview and search functionalities to enhance user experience and interactivity.

• Gain experience in integrating and formatting JSON API responses from Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to improve readability and presentation of data.

• Be empowered to take ownership of your own summer project where you provide technical solutions for real world problems. You will get to own the design, implementation, and quality of your work.   

• Be an active participant of an existing engineering scrum team.  Here you’ll learn the ropes of Agile development and have daily interactions with your peers.     

• At the end of the summer, you’ll present your project to your peers and the engineering/product organizations thus leaving your mark on our company for years to come.    

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026. 

• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms 

• Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5 and CSS 

• Familiarity with the UI frameworks like ReactJS 

Bonus Points:  

• Experience with Data Visualization, familiar with d3.js, SVG, Canvas, etc. 

• Familiarity with the ever-evolving JavaScript ecosystem: ECMAScript, TypeScript, Babel, Webpack, etc 

• Interest in learning about the design and testing of REST APIs 

• Experience with Git, subversion, or similar content versioning system 

• Familiarity of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)  

• Interest in cyber security

Compensation:

$ 37 USD
