Our Team's Vision:

Illumio is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This role is a new role and will report to the Head of Internal Communications and Programs while collaborating closely with the entire corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

The role is integral to driving the success of key marketing initiatives and supporting the seamless execution of projects that enhance employee engagement, drive programs to completion, and elevate the Illumio brand. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is excited to solve complex challenges, and is passionate about making a tangible impact on both the marketing team and the broader company. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Project Management: Utilize Asana, Microsoft Project and Monday.com to efficiently manage various marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  • Employee Newsletter: Curate and produce engaging content for the company's employee newsletter, highlighting important updates, achievements, and upcoming events.

  • Slack Communications and Contests: Develop and execute creative Slack communications and contests to foster employee engagement and promote company culture.

  • Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular weekly updates to key stakeholders on the progress and status of ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

  • Culture Carrier: Serve as a major advocate for the company culture, embodying its values and ethos in all internal communications.

  • HR Partnership: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand both internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company values.

  • Localization: Lead and manage various translation projects for the team, ensuring materials are accurately and effectively localized for diverse global audiences.Additional Projects: Take initiative in identifying and spearheading various marketing and communications projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. 

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably using Asana or similar tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in employee communications and/or employer branding is a plus.

  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable taking on new challenges.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is preferred.

  • Over-communicator who ensures clarity and alignment on all projects and initiatives.

 

Compensation:

$ 129,000 USD - $ 140,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
