Work closely with the product and engineering teams to help implement features based on customer feedback, ensuring that customer needs are effectively incorporated into product development.
Contribute to efforts aimed at improving the scalability and performance of Illumio’s policy management systems to support larger and more complex customer deployments.
Work alongside cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to understand customer pain points, translate them into actionable requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
Participate in analyzing customer feedback, reviews, and insights to identify recurring themes or issues, and help prioritize feature development based on customer needs.
Translate customer needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions that can be deployed to a broad customer base.
Tackle challenging problems related to scalability and performance optimization while ensuring that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, Java, or Go.
Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., REST APIs, front-end frameworks) is a plus.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Exposure to or coursework on scalability, distributed systems, or cloud computing.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Compensation:
$ 37 USD
