At 1Password, we believe that strong systems and thoughtful process design are the foundation of a high-performing Go-to-Market organization. We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who brings a builder’s mindset, strong leadership instincts, and a sharp sense of prioritization to help scale our GTM motion in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you’ll lead a team focused on driving clarity, consistency, and performance across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. This role is critical to enabling execution and ensuring our systems, tools, and insights keep pace with our growth.
