We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations, Process & Optimization to lead and manage a team that drives operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. In this people manager role, you will oversee and optimize key revenue operations processes, ensure alignment between cross-functional teams, and lead the implementation of strategies that drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable solutions that support business objectives.
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, fostering cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful execution of revenue strategies. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will manage a team of RevOps professionals and act as a trusted advisor to various teams. You will deliver data-driven insights and recommend process optimizations to accelerate sales performance.
