Business Analyst - Risk P&L

As a Business Analyst specializing in Risk P&L, Management and Systems, you will play a crucial role ensuring a seamless collaboration between risk managers, trading desks and technology teams.

Your future role within QRT

• Understanding and analysing business requirements. This includes working with traders and other stakeholders to determine their requirements for risk management systems.
• Using data analysis tools to gather and analyse financial data. You will also prepare reconciliation reports for management to aid in decision-making.
• Risk and P&L reconciliation with internal or external parties.
• Project coordination with different teams, such as Risk Managers , Trading Desk , IT, Operations, and external vendors.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve business processes and systems efficiency.

Your present skillset

• 4 - 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial software, databases (SQL, etc.), programming languages (Python, etc.), and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments is crucial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyse complex data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in a business analysis or technical role within a financial services or investment firm
