Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineer, solutions architect, technical sales, or consultant roles.
- Experience with security operations solutions, such as SIEM (Security Information Event Management), SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response), threat intelligence, or vulnerability management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other relevant security certifications.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience developing and delivering technical presentations or content enablement.
- Experience with scripting and query languages, such as Python, YARA, YARA-L, SPL, SQL.
- Knowledge of Cloud's security portfolio, including SecOps, Mandiant, and VirusTotal.

- Engage with key customers to build long-term relationships, understand their security needs, and guide them through the adoption of Google Cloud's Security Operations offerings.
- Be a trusted advisor to product management, providing prioritized feedback and insights to shape the roadmap of Google Cloud's Security Operations solutions.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of threat-focused content for demo environments, ensuring that customer-facing teams have access to up-to-date resources.
