The Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to support sales for the China market looking after both new sales acquisition and existing merchants.

You Will

• Sales Support:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth experience without issues.
  • Maintain and update the SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Help create and update sales pitch materials for new acquisitions.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from newly acquired merchants, providing timely and effective support.

• Relationship Manager Support:

  • Streamline requests to merchants and support Relationship Managers (RMs) in completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Consult with RMs on relationship needs to ensure strong rapport and satisfaction with merchants.
  • Meet weekly with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Risk, Onboarding, Post-Service) to review and provide feedback on materials and content from Relationship Management (e.g., QBR Templates, data review, and other ad-hoc needs).

• Merchant Support:

  • Provide merchant-facing support, addressing ad-hoc operational requests.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders across teams and regions to ensure effective support for serving merchants.
  • Offer training and guidance for new merchants, assisting with daily inquiries

You Have

• Strong business acumen and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze and provide solutions to business challenges.
• Excellent external communication skills to manage interactions with merchants and stakeholders.
• Manage sales operations, including customer segmentation, salesforce sizing, territory optimization, sales KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Enable consistent business rationales, templates, tools, and analytical support to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Diagnose current operational processes, identify gaps, and optimize SOPs to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of how to leverage and interact with various internal teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to track and adjust the sales process to improve performance across the funnel.
• Lead sales performance analysis and interpretation through dashboards and reports to understand business dynamics and generate insights
