Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience leading teams within technical program management, engineering management, or equivalent roles.
• 15 years of experience working with systems in technology organizations.
• 10 years of experience with AI/ML technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• 20 years of experience working with systems in technology organizations.
• Experience with enterprise programs and cloud technologies.

To make this vision a reality, we seek a Principal Technical Program Management (TPM), who will work as an individual contributor on strategic priorities and projects in the ML/AI space. The role will also help us deliver large cross-organizational programs and solutions efficiently for MSCA organization. Setting vision and direction, resolving systemic problems across engineering organizations, identifying trends and implementing changes are all keys to success.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Work at the most senior levels of Google, develop strategies and frameworks for facilitating strategic discussions and driving decisions to solve complex, cross-cutting business and technical challenges.
  
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, and product managers to ensure TPM alignment with engineering and product priorities required to forecast resourcing requirements for TPM, while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.
• Manage development and delivery of programs and solutions spanning Google Cloud Platform, Technical Infrastructure, MSCA, and other Google Product Areas.
• Lead and inspire an organization of TPMs drawn from several parts of the business, with a goal of driving predictable outcomes for our customers and business.
• Lead TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution.
