Square is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in Japan. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, driving pipeline performance, and ensuring that your team delivers high-quality opportunities for Account Executives. You will be a key player in scaling Square’s sales organization, fostering talent development, and contributing to significant revenue growth and customer base expansion. The role will report directly to the Director of Business Development (AU) and work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
