What's exciting about the role

We are looking for a Customer Control Representative to join our team at Verifone. In this dynamic role, you will handle both payment terminal returns from customers and various invoicing tasks. 

If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to work in a fast-evolving payment industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We will provide full training, but a background in financial management is considered an advantage.

Our office is in Vantaa, and the working hours are 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payment terminal returns and handle warranty exchanges
  • Manage and credit invoices while assisting customers with invoicing modifications
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to payments, invoices, and returns
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Fluency in Finnish & English language
  • A proactive, team player with the ability to work independently at times 
  • A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle financial data accurately
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
  • Additional languages such as Swedish are advantageous as you may also support our Swedish speaking customers
  • Experience or education in financial management is a plus
