Contribute to define short- and medium-term growth sales strategies for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats across South Europe, collaborating with Regional and Central teams. Propose portfolio assortments to ensure adequate availability by partner/POS in coordination with Central teams, and create tools that ensure easy implementation and follow-up by all Account Managers. Build deeper partnerships with key carriers and resellers, advocating for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats and enhancing customer experience through strategic online placement and merchandising initiatives. Drive project management and initiative tracking to foster growth in South Europe by championing best practices and building a repository of successful initiatives. Manage a diverse pipeline of partners while ensuring the seamless execution of global- and regional-led rebate programs. Coordinate with Reseller Ops and DF&A teams to ensure product availability and develop accurate quarterly forecasts for all South Europe countries. Regularly report progress to Regional Leadership and Account Managers, prepare analyses and presentations, and actively seek opportunities to streamline processes and grow the Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats business.

  • Proven capacity to achieve short-term objectives while driving long-term value for customers, resellers, and partners.
  • Skilled in developing cross-functional business processes, analyzing complex data (including Numbers/Excel proficiency), and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven expertise to craft and deliver nuanced sales messages, overcome objections, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills (including Keynote proficiency) with executive-level presence.
  • Ability to work effectively within multicultural teams and adapt to diverse cultures, coupled with outstanding organizational abilities to manage priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness to establish and maintain strong relationships with Central and Worldwide teams to drive alignment and success.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
