- As a key EPM of the AIML team, you will be responsible for establishing cross-functional partnerships with ML stakeholders understanding their use cases and improve the ease of use of the ML Lifecycle services. - Support the execution and implementation of our ML platform, with a primary focus on Apple’s ML Lifecycle platform This includes managing pipelines, model registries, feature stores, and other related services. - You will collaborate with the Apple’s AIML engineering teams to define a partnership strategy across the entire ML ecosystem for defining processes and tools for managing the entire ML lifecycle, including data management, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. - Work with best in class engineering teams and developers across Apple to design the most efficient technologies to accelerate the ML lifecycle. You will be the trusted advisor to our customers to deeply understand their needs and help deliver their use cases and business outcomes - Translate the product/program requirements to technical use cases helping to see around corners enabling risk mitigation for engineering execution through creating partnership roadmap for delivery. - Drive complete product life cycle from idea to development to go-to-market within Apple. - Ensure the program meets all specifications and key metrics. - Translate customer feedback and market dynamics into potential changes to ensure a differentiated product roadmap and communicate this to senior management

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience in ML Infrastructure space
  • 3+ years of working in a large matrixed organization
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials
  • Demonstrated ability to execute, plan and define product roadmap
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch or MxNet) and/or GPU development experience
  • Familiarity working on ML Lifecycle areas with at least 2 or 3 of the areas in Data, Training, Inference.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts

  • Technical product/program management experience covering some or as many of the following areas as possible: ML training, software and computing architectures.
  • Strong desire to learn, aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and leading sophisticated programs with a track record in launching outstanding platforms to market.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced closely working with engineering leaders, data science teams, and other organizations to synchronize efforts and prioritize projects that improve product impact and value.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (realtime) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence a diverse set of internal Apple and external public cloud stakeholders

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
