What does the growth potential look like?

What qualifications we’re looking for:
• Sr. Software engineer with 5+ years of experience in Java, SpringBoot microservices.
• Solid experience with Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes on Cloud (Azure or AWS)
• Good hands-on experience with large scale distributed systems based on microservices
• Experience with data pipelines processing large amounts of data in Real Time or Near Real Time.
• Knowledgeable (at least) on Lakehouse architecture, Azure ADLS Gen2, Apache Hudi
• Excellent organization, critical-thinking and personal leadership skills
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver with minimal supervision
• Being okay with the uncomfortable feeling that comes from learning new things
• Team player
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Proven experience as a great Engineer
• We also really like candidates that have a good understanding of Enterprise Design patterns.
What does a typical day look like for a Data Software Engineer?
• You would be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting our emerging big data analytics capabilities through the development and maintenance of advanced data ingestion, processing, modeling and reporting capabilities.
• The majority of your day would be spent working with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality analysts to specify, design, develop, test, and implement software.
• We’re huge on professional development, and so there’s always a training class, hackathon, or an internal course being offered.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline
