The Change Management team within the Strategy and Operations organization exists to operationalize processes, systems, tools, and business priorities by driving change management and coordinating landing efforts. Our team maintains a strategic outlook to understand the totality of planned changes that will collectively impact customer and partner-facing roles, while delivering to ensure that individual changes are effectively landed to field promoters. We enable field roles to easily consume and adopt change. We are also a center of excellence for the Change Manager community within Google Cloud.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of tactical changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan.
The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Google Cloud Sales organization to develop Go-to-Market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
