Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to speak in Portuguese and English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with the ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

As an Account Manager, you will be in charge of a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Engage accounts. You will provide digital marketing consultancy services, you will help advertisers grow business and maximize the returns through a combination of one-to-one and scalable, yet customized, outreach approach. You will work in partnership with advertisers to understand strategies and increase digital maturity through Google advertising solutions.   • Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding their marketing objectives, sales journey and identifying opportunities for growth while managing risks.
  • Pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers through a consultative approach via online or in-person meetings.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions aligned on priority growth areas.
  • Identify client stakeholders and handle objections from clients. Build trusted relationships with advertisers and develop digital strategies for their success.
  • Collaborate within the Sales team and Product Solutions team, to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
