If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Are you a multifaceted marketing professional with a passion for the WordPress and web design community? GoDaddy is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team.

Owning event executions and content promotions globally, you will coordinate with team partners across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, and Latin America to ensure the flawless delivery of events, in alignment with our broader marketing objectives.

As the critical liaison between internal teams and event organisers, you'll be responsible for logistics, design, messaging, and post-event analysis to drive measurable outcomes. Additionally, leading our content strategy initiatives including blog posts, webinars, and social media. Working closely with internal and external contributors, coordinating content creation, publishing, and amplification.

Working as a key brand advocate for GoDaddy within the WordPress and web developer communities, involving public appearances, social media, guest blog posts, and more to amplify our presence. Helping to craft and lead inspiring, illuminating content across channels, whilst building client projects with GoDaddy solutions.

This role is filled with opportunity, to define and own the process. Partnering closely the Field Marketing and global marketing teams and reporting directly into our Director of Field Marketing based in the USA.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Represent GoDaddy brand to a tech savvy audience of designers, developers, consultants, marketers, and web professionals
  • Bring together, craft, edit, publish, and amplify original content and GoDaddy products/services
  • Lead the content schedule for blog and social channels
  • Attend/speak at industry events and WordCamps
  • Maintain active online/offline presence in web communities
  • Establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, and personalities
  • Provide feedback between community and internal teams and identify potential contributors
  • Lead conversations and find partnership opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally on events, content, and announcements

Your experience should include…

  • 3+ years proven experience in a B2B technical marketing role in a global organisation
  • Strong written and visual interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to have on-stage and on-camera presence where appropriate (conference speaking sessions, webinars, etc.)
  • Familiarity and existing relationships with the WordPress and web professional communities
  • Experience in building and running WordPress-powered websites
  • Project management and prioritisation skills
  • Flexibility to travel 40-50% of the time
