About the opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Supply Monetization Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing publisher partnerships to drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our engineering, data science, and business development teams to implement monetization strategies and enhance our product offerings.
This is a key role where your focus on supply monetization will help maximize revenue potential and ensure that our publishers can effectively monetize their inventory.
What will you do?
As a Product Manager, your mission will be to:
- Develop and Implement Monetization Strategies: Create and execute strategies to maximize revenue from direct partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's overall monetization goals. This includes developing strategies that not only benefit publishers but also ensure that advertisers' budgets are effectively utilized to meet their campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business development teams to develop and enhance product features tailored to direct supply monetization.
- Optimize Publisher Yield: Continuously analyze and optimize publisher yield, using data-driven insights to inform your strategies and decisions.
- Product Development Support: Support the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the successful roll-out of new features and enhancements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators related to direct supply monetization, providing detailed analysis and insights for continuous improvement.
What will you bring to the team?
- Proven ability to drive growth: Proven track record of delivering against revenue goals with product growth
- Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably within the AdTech industry or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making and identify revenue opportunities.
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of technical concepts and comfort working with engineering teams to develop and optimize product features.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and with external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and drive initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
