About the opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Supply Monetization Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing programmatic supply channels and driving revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists, working in a global, cross-functional environment to deliver innovative monetization solutions.

This is a strategic, high-impact role where your leadership and analytical expertise will help maximize the potential of our product offerings and ensure marketers get the most out of their investments across the expanded network.

What will you do?

As a Product Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Drive advertiser satisfaction and revenue growth: Ensure our products meet the needs and expectations of advertisers, directly contributing to revenue objectives.
  • Optimize Monetization Strategy: Drive product strategies to maximize revenue from programmatic supply channels, contributing to the broader monetization vision and goals of the newly merged company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to develop new product features and optimize existing ones, ensuring they meet the needs of our global customer base.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to uncover actionable insights, improve product performance, and inform strategy on how to deliver value to marketers across the world.
  • Product Leadership: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, aligning efforts across teams and ensuring successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and motivate internal teams and external partners to execute key monetization initiatives and deliver on business goals.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Keep up-to-date with trends in ad tech and continuously bring forward innovative solutions that enhance our monetization capabilities.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets: You have scaled a product to hit budget goals and done so in a measurable way while working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. commercial, operations, etc.) 
  • Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on monetization, revenue-generating products, or ad tech.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to shape product and business strategies.
  • Technical Understanding: A solid tech grasp and a proven ability to work with technical teams.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to push initiatives forward, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
  • Global Collaboration: Comfort working within a global team, understanding how to collaborate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the ad tech industry or familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms is a strong advantage.
