What we do:

We are a dynamic team-oriented shared services group that pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our global employees. What you'll do:

  • Communicate with employees and share information to ensure understanding of LOA implications (pay, benefits, return to work) – this includes employee follow up and communication with direct supervisors and other People Operations teammates on LOA policy changes, as well as overall education on LOA.
  • Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, CFRA, NYPFL, etc.).
  • Own relationships with vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration of LOA programs. Influence vendors to effectuate change to raise administration and customer service standards for the LOA program at TTD.
  • Partner with HR Technology team to ensure up to date reporting and leave tracking requirements are established in HRIS system.
  • Manage, influence, educate, and own the LOA programs at TTD.
  • Coordinate with vendor and Workday to ensure data is accurate and consistent between both platforms.
  • Partner with Finance team on leave impacts to equity vesting and commission payments.
  • Audit existing plans, programs, and communications to ensure compliance and update as legislative requirements are updated.
  • Use knowledge and experience to enforce continuous improvement and increased accuracy – internally and externally.

Who you are: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in day to day administration of LOA programs with 2+ years as a manager preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills working with a diverse and dynamic group of stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and respond to others’ perspectives sensitively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insight.
  • Ability to build strong, ongoing, impactful relationships at all levels and across a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • A customer service focus with a responsive and "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience utilizing Workday preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
