Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a business or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., System Integrators, Service Providers, or Software Vendors) serving SMBs at scale.
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently, in order to build relationships and manage french partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in motivating partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business goals, and using business reporting tools.
  • Experience in problem solving, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building plans based on data.
  • Experience with Google Cloud products.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, executional, investigative, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Within Google Cloud, the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Partnerships team motivates Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) growth via partner network.

In this role, you will motivate Google Workspace and GCP business for small and medium businesses in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by working with a defined set of resell partners. You will build scalable resell and service motions to motivate business outcomes across markets. You will be the key point of contact for these partners in developing an understanding of partner growth motivators and identifying solutions to increase business across several different categories of Google Cloud partners.

  • Work with core promoters and channel partners to reach as many Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) accounts with Google Cloud solutions.
  • Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for core promoters and motivate prioritization of Google Cloud portfolio across all promoters and corresponding channel partners.
  • Construct and execute a territory development plan.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide positive customer experience.
  • Develop and motivate pipelines to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding, and build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction.
