Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with field teams such as Field Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services Organization to drive customer success.
  • Experience working with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience developing and maintaining operational metrics and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Experience in technical program management, primarily in a cloud or infrastructure domain.
  • Ability to manage escalations and critical incidents.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Cloud Accelerators Technical Program Management team to provide Program Management support for the AI Infra Ninja team and run their Operations.

  • Own the operational cadence for AI Infra Ninjas, including resource allocation, on-call rotations, knowledge base management, and tooling.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of customer Point of Contact (POC) and onboarding driven by the AI Infra Ninja team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders in Cloud ML Compute Services (CMCS) to ensure alignment on operational priorities and customer needs.
  • Oversee knowledge management efforts, ensuring up-to-date documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of customer POC and onboarding driven by the AI Infra Ninja team.
