Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Experience with Google Ads and online marketing best practices.
  • Ability to be detail oriented and skilled in analyzing data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Ability to deliver against an assigned quota while managing multiple projects as needed.
  • Ability to develop and grow executive-level relationships with clients, take initiative, and work in a team environment.

  • Collaborate within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers proactively on calls and in person to support digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Deliver against assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer sales experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients virtually or face to face by meeting with multiple clients on a daily basis and develop an understanding of the business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
