About the opportunity
Join our Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) team as a “Working Student”. You will be working alongside the German team inside of the CMP department assisting with a variety of tasks. CMP is working with almost every department within N26. That’s why it’s a good place to get to know N26 as a whole in a short period of time.
In this role, you will:
Performing usual administrative tasks in backoffice
Registering the new incoming complaints from authorities and lawyers
Assisting specialists with research needed for answering complaints
Communication with different stakeholders from different departments while doing research
Assisting in additional tasks as specified by your line manager
Supporting at teamwide projects
What you need to be successful:
Background
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Law, Economics, etc.
Ideally, already gained first working experience (preferably in the area of banking / financial services or consulting)
Skills
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
German (fluent), English (mandatory, fluent), Spanish or French as a bonus
Organizational and communication skills
Desire to optimize processes and workflows
Team player who likes to work in a highly motivated team and with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to quickly understand new and complex topics
Willingness to go the extra mile to get ideas and find solutions proactively
