Operations Analyst - Crypto

Department:     Operations 

Position Overview:

• Monitor trading activity and crypto transactions, reconciling between front and back-office systems
• Help maintain operational platforms such as custody providers, exchange accounts, and internal tools
• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve our day-to-day operations
• Provide administrative support to investment and operations teams
• Validate process and settle all periodic events to ensure the integrity of the entire trade life cycle.
• Perform position and cash reconciliations
• Monitoring T+0 trade capture exceptions

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Operations role at a crypto firm, hedge fund, VC, or similar
• Experience with processing crypto transactions using wallets, as well as on-exchange
• Demonstrated interest, activity, and engagement with the crypto ecosystem
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to execute under pressure and within tight timelines while juggling multiple projects
• Strong people skills, with a focus on collaboration and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and DocuSign
