Production Control Reliability

Squarepoint Capital is seeking a skilled professional to manage Change Management, Application Maturity, and Business Continuity functions within the organization. This role ensures smooth transitions during technology upgrades, helps drive the maturity of business-critical applications, and supports business continuity through disaster recovery and resilience planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing change initiatives, overseeing the lifecycle of applications, and ensuring operational resilience in a high-paced, technology-driven financial environment.

Position Overview:

Change Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management framework to minimize disruptions during technology upgrades, migrations, and business process changes.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment during change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments, manage risk, and ensure proper documentation and tracking for compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams through change processes, provide training, ensuring smooth transitions.

Application Maturity:

• Define and maintain a roadmap to enhance the performance, resilience, scalability and usability of business-critical applications.
• Conduct assessments of existing applications to identify improvement opportunities and drive modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure application success, and report on performance.

Business Continuity Management (BCM):

• Lead the development and improvement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans, and manage regular business continuity exercises.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess critical processes and prioritize recovery efforts.
• Ensure all business continuity and disaster recovery procedures are compliant, documented, and regularly reviewed for effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a STEM related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and Business Continuity within a financial services or technology-driven organization.
• Advanced certifications in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or similar frameworks are a plus.
• Proven track record of prioritizing and managing complex change initiatives and technology system implementations in a high-stakes environment.
• Strong understanding of application development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Strong background in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
