Technical Program Manager, Cyber Security

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security or infrastructure projects.
• 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Vulnerability Management and Incident Response in an OT environment, and with working of Power Monitoring System (PMS), Building Monitoring System (BMS) (hardware and software), and networking systems.
• 3 years of experience designing or deploying technology programs, with cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience with security systems or a related field.
• Experience creating Business and Product Requirements Documents (BRD and PRD), with an understanding of success metrics, and working effectively with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority with excellent applied program management skills.
• Knowledge of emerging physical security system technologies and trends.

In this role, you will help develop a culture where security, risk, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us identify, evaluate, and find solutions to critical technology risks that could affect our business activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop industry-leading programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead large-scale, dynamic projects with geographically distributed teams across Alphabet, establishing and maintaining a foundation in cybersecurity principles for OT and industrial control systems within hyperscale data centers through cross-functional collaboration.
  
• Develop and implement operational processes for Operational Technology (OT) vulnerability and security patch management in collaboration with cross-functional Google Data Center teams.
  
• Communicate escalations, priorities, program updates, progress, and long-term risk reduction plans for OT security initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional hardware and software programs across Alphabet, utilizing influence without direct authority, with a understanding of hyperscale data centers, OT security, and global logistics.
