Als Head of Field Sales übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle: Du baust from Scratch ein High-Impact Field Sales Team (12–15 FTE) auf, setzt datengetriebene Vertriebsstrategien um und sorgst für schnelles, nachhaltiges Wachstum.

 

 

Deine Mission:

  • Scale & Lead – Rekrutiere, coache und entwickle ein erstklassiges Field Sales-Team mit klaren Performance- und Wachstumszielen
  • Strategic Sales Execution – Optimiere unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie, begleite dein Team zu Walk-Ins & Demos und stell sicher, dass jedes Kundengespräch überzeugt
  • Datengetrieben & ergebnisorientiert – Nutze Salesforce für tiefgehende Analysen, Pipeline-Optimierung & Forecasting
  • Territory Growth – Baue das Vertriebsgebiet aus, gewinne strategische Neukunden & skaliere das Team weiter

 

Was du mitbringst: 

  • Mind. 1 Jahr Führungserfahrung im Field Sales – idealerweise in einem High-Growth-Umfeld
  • Deep Sales Expertise – du beherrschst den gesamten Sales-Cycle von Prospecting bis Closing
  • Outbound-Driven Mindset – du liebst den direkten Kundenkontakt und weißt, wie man Deals skaliert
  • Salesforce-Profi – für KPI-Tracking, Forecasting & Performance-Optimierung
