Location Details: 

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled customer service agents to join our Website Design Services team as Website Specialist IIs. This position is pivotal in guiding customers who purchase Standard and Premium WP builds throughout their website building journey. The ideal candidate will serve as a consultative specialist, providing exceptional support from initial consultation to the point of publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers purchasing Standard WP and Premium WP plans, ensuring a seamless and supportive website building experience. 
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and reviews to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and chats, maintaining a high standard of professional and effective communication.
  • Offer expert-level guidance on WordPress and its functionalities, ensuring customers can leverage the platform to its full potential.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web design and development to provide cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Your experience should include...

  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Some level of understanding of WordPress, with ability and willingness to learn more, including but not limited to complex functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
