As an Operations Manager at Lime, you drive Lime’s growth and operational strategy in New York City. You are the voice of Lime with city officials, community members, and businesses promoting safety, increasing ridership and understanding of what local riders want. You are the voice of Operations to internal stakeholders and an internal collaborator. You work cross-functionally with government relations, central ops, product, etc. and will execute the market strategy while optimizing the fleet for the market. You will also maintain your market’s P&L and you’ll manage a small team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure everyone performs at their best.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strong project management, strategic thinking, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills. In this role, you'll make a significant impact in the fast-evolving world of micromobility.
