HR Business Partner, EMEA

Lime’s HRBPs are deeply integrated partners to the business who enable Lime’s leaders to build strong performance, engagement, and culture across their organizations. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support key functions across our DACH, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Italy. 

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations, and will use their knowledge and background to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels. This role will support the development and execution of an effective talent strategy that will accelerate business objectives and enable Lime to scale at a critical time in our journey. Additionally, you will be a natural bridge-builder, team player, problem solver, and sound counselor who demonstrates solid judgment and self-awareness.

This is a full remote position based in Germany and will require travel..
