Senior Engineering Director, Product Engineering

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Director to lead one of our fast-growing Engineering organizations. This position will oversee our mobile applications, algorithm-heavy backend business logic, and proprietary machine learning systems that power our vehicle positioning systems and computer vision applications. 

As the Senior Engineering Director, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction and strategy for the area, and for ensuring the team delivers high-quality products on-time with limited resources. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture, and for developing and mentoring team members to support their growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success leading and managing multiple managers and teams of engineers, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will also have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, data scientists, designers and operation teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
