Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Campaigns

Lime is hiring a Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Campaigns, Americas-APAC to join our Policy and Campaigns team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and managing public policy and government relations campaigns to win and retain markets across North and South America, Oceania, and Asia. You will help develop legislative and advocacy strategies to achieve the company’s public policy goals.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Campaigns and sit on the Policy and Campaigns team.  You’ll be responsible for drawing on Lime’s best practices that span government relations, political, communications, advocacy, and marketing workstreams to build strategies and execute campaign plans to win and retain markets and improve regulatory conditions.

Candidates must have experience designing and/or executing strategies and campaign plans in a political, legislative, or advocacy environment. Candidates must have experience working in fast-paced and complex organizational environments, and be able to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. 

The ideal candidate will have expert project management and stakeholder management skills. You will have strong political acumen, demonstrated experience building cross-functional transparent alignment with multiple teams, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. 

We are looking for a strategic process-based thinker, who is conscientious and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills, and can help shape in-market strategy. The ability to adapt to different communication styles are required as well as an ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment to produce quality work.
