Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Development Business Partner to support our Technology Business.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Anticipate future business needs by staying ahead of emerging learning trends through field-specific conferences and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to share critical themes, insights, and recommendations to enhance strategic alignment.
  • Work with business leaders and in-house academic experts to design and implement actiona-ble learning experiences based on data.
  • Lead development planning and skill gap discussions for employees in your function, offering personalized career coaching to support professional growth.
  • Design and facilitate team-building sessions that address the unique dynamics and objectives of your function.
  • Create and distribute job aids and resources to document best practices, ensuring easy accessi-bility and consistency across the function.
  • Design and deliver targeted soft skills training sessions to meet identified needs.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses and recommend tools and strategies that drive productivity and efficiency.

Your present skillset:

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in the technology, fintech industry or buy-side experience
  • Master in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or Talent Management
  • Psychometrics for team-building/ coaching qualification/ experience with career conversations
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to operate at pace and multiple priorities at once
  • Advanced stakeholder management across all levels
  • Self-starter who is able to organize their own workload as well as assisting other
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-player, with ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience mentoring and growing junior colleagues
