Your future role at QRT 

As a Junior Front-End Developer specializing in React, you will have the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic environment, where you will be mentored from industry professionals to support your professional growth.

You will develop efficient, robust, and optimized software for Research and Trading. You will be given the opportunity to:

• Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data visualization platform.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to technical documentation.

Your present skillset

• Knowledge of React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Understanding of HTML/CSS integration (responsive design).
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
• Excellent communication skills – you will interact directly with Traders and Researchers
• Appetite for becoming autonomous quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Rigorous and structured mindset

Additional:

• Knowledge of backend development or databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Interest in financial markets/algorithmic trading is a plus
