Your Role at QRT
As a Tech Campus Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent from leading universities. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our internship and graduate programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage a seamless and engaging candidate experience while efficiently managing a high volume of applications for internship and graduate roles.
- University Partnerships & Campus Engagement: Build strong relationships with top-tier universities, technical faculties, and student organizations while planning and executing on-campus and virtual events—such as presentations, career fairs, hackathons, and technical workshops to strengthen QRT’s presence and attract top STEM talent.
- Employer Branding: Leverage creative strategies to enhance QRT’s employer brand among students.
- Intelligent, Scalable Recruitment: Apply data-driven insights to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and meet QRT’s large-scale hiring demands.
- ATS and Automation Expert: Act as a super-user of our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring efficiency in tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, and reporting on hiring metrics,
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, engineers, and HR teams to define hiring needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience.
Your Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful recruiter with:
- 2+ years of experience in tech campus recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (investment management, fintech, or tech industry experience preferred).
- Expertise in recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn, to streamline hiring and engagement efforts.
- Strong university relations experience, with a track record of building partnerships with top STEM schools and running successful campus initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (French is a plus), with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A passion for technology and hiring top-tier engineering and computer science talent.
- A self-starter mentality, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
