We are seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to manage and oversee all workplace-related activities and operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and functional work environment for our employees. 

What You'll Do 

We seek an exceptional Workplace Lead ready to take our Bangalore offices to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience by creating a happy and productive environment for our team. You will be critical in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional and fosters productivity and collaboration. Additionally, you will play an essential role in shaping and executing Roku's workplace experience programs, including driving excellent service delivery.Support the Regional Workplace Experience Manager in developing and executing Roku’s workplace experience strategy 

• Support the Regional Workplace Experience Manager in developing and executing Roku’s workplace experience strategy
• Manage the workplace experience team delivering day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient, supportive, and productive environment including vendors and building management
• Communicate effectively with all employees and senior stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service 
• Take the lead to address local facilities-related concerns and communicate status/updates effectively include the use of an online ticketing system 
• Manage the Workplace experience team budget 
• Build and support all aspects of the employee experience, including internal events and programs, with a focus on employee engagement and satisfaction 
• Support the Shipping & Receiving team to schedule shipments and assist with receiving shipments 
• Inspect facilities to ensure regulatory compliance 
• Ensure our office spaces are comfortable and functional, and meet the needs of our teams, including coordinating office maintenance processes and liaising with building management as necessary 
• Local vendor selection & management including contract negotiation and payment management 
• Managing and overseeing all workplace vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality services (SLA’s) are provided 
• Project management, including managing office moves, relocations, program roll-outs, and other workplace-related projects 
• Be part of the response team for emergency situations (equipment failures,fire, evacuation, etc.) and fire / evacuation and emergency response drills 
• Be flexible in taking on other duties required by the Regional Workplace Experience Manager. 
• Enabling and improving food, beverage and snack programs 
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, envisioning, communicating and enabling events and programs. 

We’re excited if you have: 

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar Workplace Experience or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations, experience and facilities. 
• Prior experience creating & executing workplace / employee experience programs. 
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support 
• Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude. 
• Confident individual, with an ability to take on action items forward, right from day one. 
• Efficient team spirit that engages, supports, and encourages colleagues and drives toward a cooperative, cohesive team dynamic. 
• Strong networking skills, building robust relationships throughout the organisation and across vendors. 
• Proficiency and efficiency across Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Confluence and Jira experience preferred. 
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
