Engineering Manager

Your Role:

Your job will be to lead a team both in a manager and in a product owner capacity. As a Product Owner you’ll have to understand our product, our users and the strategic goals that our organization is trying to achieve. The product owners are an indispensable relay in the communication between the PM, leadership and the team.

• Ensure the quarter roadmap is clearly defined and broken down into sprint delivering functional increments of value.

What You'll Need:

• Engineering Management experience:
• You have managed teams for several years now
• You have been responsible for roadmaps, product decisions, and providing reliable estimates of delivery dates
• You have battle tested techniques to refine broad features into well crafted, functional User Stories
• You manage emergencies well. You are able to quickly deal with ambiguous situations and quickly provide clear prioritization of work.
• Software engineering experience
• A solid background in software engineering is required. It allows you to understand the technical issues our teams are facing
