We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to establish and lead our analytics function. As our first hire in this domain, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we leverage data to drive decisions, measure success, and communicate insights across the company.

Your Role:

  • Define the analytics infrastructure, metrics, and processes needed to create a robust, data-driven organization.

  • Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive product development and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.

  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and user experience improvements.

  • Present complex data insights to stakeholders, including executives, in clear, actionable formats.

  • Work with SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.

  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to foster data-driven decision-making.

  • Enhance data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, gaps, and inaccuracies.

  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or product analytics

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Python (advantageous).

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Familiarity with systems like Snowflake and Amplitude (advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

  • Work experience in a B2B or enterprise software company, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of enterprise-level clients (strong advantage).

  • Background in cybersecurity (advantageous but not required).
