Transaction Monitoring Program Manager

Meta is seeking a Transaction Monitoring (TM) Program Manager to join our Meta FinTech Compliance (MFTC) Team. This position will play a key role in executing large-scale projects in the payments area including control design, automation, and technology migrations. You will oversee and manage TM program(s) by monitoring the overall health of the program and driving process and operational enhancements. Additionally, you will help innovate solutions to enable scale for TM controls and processes. The role requires you to work with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Engineering, and Integrity.
