Linguistic Engineering Manager

Linguistic Engineering is an interdisciplinary field that converges linguistics and technology to design and optimize systems that process natural language and multimodal input. As a Linguistic Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of linguistic engineers in designing and developing datasets, models, and representations across languages, knowledge, and evaluation systems that drive our AI multimodal assistant. You will communicate a clear vision, mission, and strategy for your team, aligned with organizational objectives and key business outcomes. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive the development of innovative solutions, leveraging experience in dataset creation/collection, evaluation methodologies, and model enhancements to advance AI products, including Large Language Models. A key aspect of this role is leadership and talent development, fostering an environment of collaboration and guiding team members to success.
