As a Senior Software Engineer on the Training team, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada’s roadmap and iteratively deliver the messaging platform that will drive more volume to our AI-driven CX platform, with the mission to make customer service extraordinary for everyone.

You must empathize with our direct customers, and end users who will interact with the AI agents we power, to think about the best ways to solve the problems on our roadmap.
About You
The expected salary range for this position is $129,264 - $171,478 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
