Your role

Dialpad is looking for a Sr. Expansion Campaigns Manager - Cross-Sell to execute high-impact campaigns that expand customer value and drive revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, where you'll leverage your creativity and data-driven mindset to deliver targeted cross-sell programs that engage customers, showcase Dialpad’s products, and address evolving business needs.

In this role, you’ll create and run campaigns across email, ads, webinars, and direct mail while collaborating closely with the Client Sales team to align efforts with their books of business. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to be strategic, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do 

The Sr. Expansion Campaigns Manager - Cross-Sell will be responsible for:

  • Executing end-to-end cross-sell marketing campaigns across channels, including copywriting, audience-building, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Collaborating with Client Sales to develop account-specific initiatives, from prospecting to personalized outreach.
  • Creating and delivering value-driven programs such as webinars, educational content, and curated customer experiences.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on KPIs, and using data to drive future strategy.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing operations, analytics, and brand teams to support campaign execution and alignment.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, audience-specific content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience collaborating across teams.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, or a readiness to quickly learn and leverage these tools.
  • An ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments while balancing multiple priorities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business operations, or a related field.
