By collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic partners like T-Mobile and Google, you will craft programs that influence buying decisions, strengthen relationships with top accounts, and position Dialpad as a leader in enterprise communications. This role is key to driving market expansion and business success.

What you'll do

Global Executive Briefing Program:

  • Build and lead a scalable Executive Briefing Center strategy, starting with EBC-on-the-road experiences in key markets and transitioning to permanent global EBC facilities.
  • Deliver tailored, white-glove experiences that address the unique challenges and priorities of enterprise executives, both virtually and in person.
  • Partner with internal teams and strategic partners like T-Mobile and Google to enhance EBC initiatives and drive impactful engagements.

CIO Advisory Program:

  • Design and launch a structured advisory council to engage CIOs, creating opportunities for strategic dialogue, feedback, and co-innovation with Dialpad.
  • Plan and execute high-touch, white-glove events and experiences for CIOs, including intimate roundtables, exclusive summits, and curated networking opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment, agenda, and ongoing engagement with advisory council members to ensure meaningful and actionable insights.

Executive Engagement and Sponsorship Strategy:

  • Develop a unified executive engagement strategy that combines high-value content, tailored experiences, and strategic sponsorships to deepen relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with Dialpad leadership to implement an Executive Sponsorship program, pairing senior leaders with top enterprise accounts to foster advocacy and alignment with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure executive engagement programs align with go-to-market strategies and business priorities.
  • Leverage insights from executive interactions to inform product strategy, refine messaging, and enhance customer success efforts.

Insights and Optimization:

  • Capture and analyze feedback from executive programs to measure impact, refine initiatives, and improve ROI.
  • Track program performance using defined KPIs, including influence on sales pipeline, deal acceleration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches to set new benchmarks for global executive engagement.

Skills you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on executive programs, customer engagement, or related areas.
  • 5+ years of experience leading executive audience engagement programs, including briefing centers, advisory boards, or similar initiatives.
  • Proven ability to design and execute executive engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Extensive project management experience, capable of balancing multiple initiatives while delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite leaders and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in working closely with sales and marketing teams to define priorities and deliver impactful programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and improving the ROI of executive engagement efforts.
