Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Business Planning processes and best practices.
  • Ability to synthesize views and form unique perspectives.
  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze data to help drive informed decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Own the program management for prioritized projects, ensuring they are executed on time within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Collaborate with project teams to remove obstacles, allocate resources, and maintain project schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on the status of projects and process success metrics.
  • Support communication and collaboration among different teams.
