Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree in a Management, technical or quantitative field, or Associates degree in Management Consulting.
- Experience in managing strategic initiatives with landings and outcomes.
- Experience managing the planning cycle for an organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
- Experience with data modeling, reporting, with the ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.

As a Strategy and Operations Principal, you will work with product management, engineering, and cross functional teams (e.g., go-to-market (GTM), marketing, finance, enablement) to support driving annual planning, devise business strategy, analytics support for key insights, and lead and support priority initiatives. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Support driving the annual planning (e.g., business growth and resources) cycle, multi-year strategic planning, and process optimization.
- Partner with Databases organizations and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR, central operations teams, VMO) to allocate, manage, and report headcount, track against strategic annual plan outcomes, and deliver across components of the business through scaled communications.
- Contribute to cadence of running the business, drive planning across prioritized initiatives, define and track key product and business success metrics/KPIs, support monthly and quarterly business reviews with the product and GTM teams.
- Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and use data and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead product area-wide, cross-functional projects by structuring and executing analyses required to develop recommendations.
