We're seeking a strategic leader to drive innovation and excellence in our carrier and driver learning ecosystem. This senior-level position will shape the future of our learning strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class training solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive learning programs for carriers and drivers
• Oversee the development of both in-person and digital learning content
• Monitor training effectiveness and learner engagement metrics
• Lead curriculum development and updates based on industry regulations and best practices
• Manage learning management system (LMS) and related educational technologies
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to identify training needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Evaluate and report on training program effectiveness

A day in the life
- Review overnight analytics dashboard.
- Quick review of daily training completion rates.
- Lead weekly curriculum development meeting.
- Review new safety regulation updates with compliance team.
- Discuss necessary updates to driver safety modules.
- Take notes on engagement levels and technical issues.
- Analyze completion rates, assessment scores, and engagement data.
- Prepare executive summary for leadership meeting.
- Discuss recent safety incidents and training implications.

About the team
As part of Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, we work to continually improve the Amazon Logistics experience. We look after high-impact initiatives and help to develop, roll out and look after a range of logistics-focused projects. Recent examples include launching and expanding micro-mobility delivery (via e-cargo bike or on foot) across Europe, and electric vehicle delivery. Using data-driven tools, we’re able to see how we can make processes better and more efficient, or how we can reduce waste across the business.

Our team supports field operations to launch new programmes and technology-based solutions across Europe, helping them meet customer demand and drive customer-focused innovation. We’re also responsible for raising the bar for our learning teams and making the onboarding experience for Associates, Delivery Partners and Managers as engaging as possible.

There are lots of different opportunities within the ACES team, so we welcome people with a broad range of skillsets. We work across a network of 200+ delivery stations to make sure everything from onboarding to delivery methods are as effective as possible. • Experience with transportation operations or driver training programs
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellence in communication and presentation
• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2+)• Master's degree in related field
• Experience with adult learning principles
• Background in transportation safety and compliance
