Googleβs Data Center Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is a dedicated organization chartered with protecting the people and assets of Googleβs global critical infrastructure. CSRM consists of industry leading professionals who leverage advanced security systems, dedicated guarding forces, risk management and compliance framework programs to support the entirety of Google Data Centers.
As a SOC Services, Regional Operations Manager, you will drive the outcomes of key SOC infrastructure through technical contributions. You will use your understanding of SOC processes, operations, and local laws to develop and guide programs that align with regional or global strategy in order to gain efficiency while managing SOC Services Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) assigned to them.
In this role, you will partner with external industry leaders and collaborate with upper management and cross-functional teams to discuss project prioritization, and resource allocation. You will also demonstrate the behaviors expected of all Googlers as captured in Google's cultural pillars, and will engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture, making Google a better place to work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
