Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in digital media buying, planning, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing
- Experience in digital media buying, planning, business development, or digital marketing.
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital ads and digital content landscape.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.

- Develop and execute local agency strategy, including building relationships, leading business planning and reviews, and fostering collaboration with internal sales teams.
- Drive business growth acceleration and product adoption by activating agreements, aligning business plans with sales teams, identifying new opportunities, and securing media briefs from agencies.
- Lead agency ecosystem transformation by educating agencies on digital and AI advertising trends and Google solutions, consulting on their strategy and operations, and identifying capability needs.
- Manage agency relationships by coordinating business activities, mapping contacts, and guiding conflict resolution between agencies and internal Google teams.
- Promote Google's growth by ensuring agency awareness of relevant messages, facilitating participation in Google events, and influencing stakeholders beyond media buyers, including creatives and planners.
